Marie-Claire is director in charge of the day to day running of the company & specialises in the residential letting/property management side of the agency.

David Cobb | Senior Negotiator

David is responsible for residential sales at Bullock and Lees and has worked for 10 years as an estate agent in and around Bournemouth.  He is widely regarded as a local expert having sold a large variety of properties in the area during his career. 

Brian Allwin | Consultant

Brian has dealt with all aspects of  property in south east Dorset for many years particularly covering the conurbation of Poole & Bournemouth. He  has many business contacts locally, including the new build and investment market. He brings a wealth of experience to the company.

Frances Newell | Co-ordinator

Frances deals with all aspects within the agency and provides crucial support and back up to Marie-Claire, David & Brian.
